  3. This is a license agreement between you and Mushroom Cloud Software for use
  4. of The SoundMod Volume 1 CD-ROM disc.  This license is not transferable.
  5. Mushroom Cloud Software reserves the right to terminate this license if
  6. there is a violation of its terms.  Use of this disk constitutes acceptance
  7. of the terms of this agreement.

  10. Permitted Use

  12. You may use this disk on a single computer or on a computer that is 
  13. accessed through a local area network. You may use this disk on a bulletin
  14. board system.

  16. Prohibited Use

  18. You shall not rent the disk. You shall not lease the disk. You shall not 
  19. sublicense the disk.
